Procedure

Month 1

Our team will prepare all required government forms and documents. For property investments, you’ll need to sign a sales and purchase agreement with the developer. We coordinate with the property developer and the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC) on your behalf.

Months 2–4

We rigorously review your application to ensure compliance with CBIC standards. After final checks, our legal team submits the necessary forms. The CBIC conducts its own due diligence and reviews the application. We maintain close communication with them to expedite your application process.

Months 8-11

The CBIC evaluates your application. Upon approval, you must complete all contributions and settle government fees. Following this, you will be able to apply for a Grenadian passport.
